We stand behind the BioTouch completely. If you use it consistently for 30 days and don't experience meaningful relief from your neck and shoulder tension, we want to make it right. Simply reach out to us and we'll work with you personally to find a fair resolution.
How to Request a Refund
If you're unsatisfied with your results, contact us at support@rumblshop.com within 30 days of receiving your order. To help us understand what happened, we'll ask you a few simple questions about your experience — how long you used it, what you tried, and what didn't improve. That's it. No hoops, no hassle.
Returns
Because we want the resolution process to be as simple as possible for you, we do not require you to return the product in most cases. Once we've reviewed your request we'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders. As our refund resolutions are handled directly and returns are not typically required, return shipping is not applicable in most cases.
What We Ask of You
Our only request is that you give the BioTouch a genuine opportunity to work. The Tension Lock Cycle that causes chronic neck and shoulder pain took time to develop — we ask that you use the device daily for the full 30 days before concluding it isn't working for you.
